Where were you born?
Buffalo, New York … and yes, I am an avid Bills fan!
How did you get involved in fitness?
I grew up playing sports and went on to wrestle in college. Wrestlers tend to be pretty fitness oriented, so I just stayed a pretty avid fitness enthusiast for years, got certified as a personal trainer and ultimately opened my own athlete strength & conditioning franchise (CATZ) back in 2006.
Who or what inspires you to keep pushing yourself?
So many things. I have a sister with Cerebral Palsy, who can’t do the same things most of us take for granted. I think of her a lot. I also have two boys (Aidan – 10, Collin – 12) who I work hard to set a positive example for. Those are definitely the top “who”.
As far as for “what” inspires me to keep pushing myself, I just really enjoy feeling strong and energized and able to take on life. It really does fly by, so I work hard to try and get the most out of it.

What is your favorite HEALTHY meal?
Fajitas with lettuce wraps or pretty much any grilled fish.
What is your favorite CHEAT meal?
Pizza or buffalo wings.
What is one fun fact about you?
I worked with Jillian Michaels on her show “Losing it with Jillian”.
What is your number one guilty pleasure?
The TV show Survivor. I would LOVE to be on it one day.
